Shipping & Returns

New Zealand Shipping

$6.50 nationwide by Courier Post.  Tracking number available on request.  

Free Shipping available on orders over $75.00.

Delivery within New Zealand can take up to 1 week from time of order.  We do aim to have most orders on the courier 1-2 days after payment has cleared.  Please beware that I do work from home and are often juggling work around my children!

Australia Shipping

$10.50 Australia

Delivery to Australia can take up to 3 weeks from the time payment clears to our account.


Returns

You are covered by the Consumer Guarantee Act in the rare case you receive a faulty product.  Products must be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase (order number).  

For faulty product we will give you a replacement product (of same value) or a refund if we are not able to replace the product.  Scamps Boutique reserves the right to offer store credits and accept returns on a case by case basis.  Scamps Boutique will not be responsible for any delivery fees for returning products.  

Original shipping fees on orders will not be refunded or credit, only the retail value of products in questions will be refunded or credited.  In the case of a faulty product being exchanged, Scamps Boutique will cover the extra shipping fee of sending the replacement back to you.  

Scamps Boutique is not responsible if you have simply changed your mind once you have received the order, the product is no longer required, the product is of different brand to what you have previously bought etc.

If you have changed your mind about a purchase we are not obliged to accept a return. However we may consider an exchange. If an exchange is offered it will be in the form of a direct swap or store credit only, no refunds will be 
given. In this situation the customer is responsible for covering the shipping fees for both the returned item and  the replacement item as well as paying any difference, if any, in the replacement product. In the situation that the replacement product is of a lesser value than the returned item, store credit will be given to the value of the difference.  

Proof of purchase (Order Number) must be provided, if no proof of purchase is provided we will not accept returns, offer a store credit or exchange.  Products received as gifts will not be exchanged, returned or refunds given.

Store credit is non transferable and can not be exchanged for money.
